With dynamic vocals and a
unique twist of traditional and modern country,
Rachael Turner is a breath of fresh air to
country music. Originally from Sugar Land,
Texas; Rachael now resides in Nashville, TN and
is Rustic Record’s newest artist. With the
release of her third single, “I Don’t Love You,”
she hopes to cement herself as a legitimate
artist in the country music industry.
Though fresh on the country music scene, Rachael
is no stranger to the stage. The dynamic female
vocalist has over 12 years of singing
experience, beginning with her first solo
performance at the ripe age of 11.
Continuing to sing and
perform throughout her teen years, Rachael
decided to take her experience and talents to
Belmont University. It was there that she
harnessed her skills with degrees in vocal
performance and music business and made the
decision to pursue not only music, but country
music.
In 2012, Rachael signed with
long-standing independent record label, Rustic
Records, and released her debut single, “Meet Me
in the Middle” February 2014. She followed
the debut with her second
single, “Matches and Moonshine” and is currently
spending her time promoting her third single, “I
Don’t Love You” and recording new music.
With influences including Martina McBride, Jo
Dee Messina, Shania Twain, and Faith Hill; she
hopes to bring the intensity of McBride’s vocals
combined with the depth of a classic country
song to her new upcoming album.
